• MEET LOCATION: Hot Springs Elementary School : 63 N Serpentine Ave, Hot Springs, NC 28743

• MEET TIME: 9:AM EST

• EVENT TIME: 9:AM - 4:PM EST

• FOCUS AREAS: Doing various tasks throughout the community of Hot Springs to assist the cleanup efforts for the recent floods that hit the community and region.

* Lunch and portable drinking water will be available for all volunteers.

** Trash bags, gloves, grabbers, buckets will be provided. Please dress accordingly to the weather and wear long pants, sturdy footwear like hiking boots or Muck Boots. Volunteers must also wear a mask in certain work areas due to dust, mold and unpleasant odors. It’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that ALL VOLUNTEERS BE UP TO DATE ON THEIR TETANUS VACCINATION.
