•Volunteers must register for this event at www.saveoursmokies.org between March 1 - April 1, 2022.

  • Use the Team Name “Responsible Stewardship”

  • Choose “Fontana” as Checkin Location

•FOCUS AREAS: Partnering with our sister organization, Save Our Smokies, Inc in this first ever park-wide cleanup event in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. After the cleanup portion of the event (8:am-2:pm), we will have a celebration with food, beverages and live music for the volunteers (3:pm-6:pm).

** Trash bags, gloves, grabbers, buckets will be provided. Please dress accordingly to the weather and wear sturdy footwear.

*** Weather cancellations will be announced on the Instagram and Facebook pages.
